The General Tab allows you to import a tier list code, as well as control the header and footer text. The bottom area contains 4 tabs: General, Entries, Export, and Links.
By default, you get a generic tier list layout. In the middle, you can see what your in-progress tier list currently looks like. The top lists some instructions for basic usage of the tool. From there, you're greeted with this interface. The Tier List Creator page can be accessed by clicking its link under the Compare page. Using in other browsers may lead to some unexpected and undesired behavior.
Note: One limitation of this tool is that it only works in Chrome. This takes inspiration from this Smash Ultimate Tier List Maker. Here I am just around almost month and a half later with something functional! :)
